Please ensure that you consult our size guide before purchasing your bed. If you are unsure of what size would best suit your dog, please contact us prior to purchase as exchanges of this nature may be difficult due to the shipping costs involved.
We endeavor to represent our colourways and stains as accurately as possible; however colours may vary on screen from device to device (i.e PC, MAC, Smartphone). Because of this, we cannot guarantee that the device you use will accurately display such colours.
Our hand crafted wooden dog beds are for inside use only and damage caused by weather will not be covered. Once Over will not be responsible for any faults caused by your dog (or pet) as a result of chewing, scratching or weeing. As with all furniture in your home left unattended with your pet there is a possibility that they may indulge in these behaviours.

We hope you love our hand crafted items when they arrive at your door and would never want to exchange your furry ones custom bed. Although this may not always be the case, we do offer a 14 day exchange policy from date of purchase, as long as the item is in 'brand new' condition and a fair reasoning is provided. Please contact us if you wish to seek an exchange.
Unfortunately this is not guaranteed as it will be subject to review by the team members at Once Over before we can proceed with the exchange. Any postage costs for returning the product and sending a new one will also be at the buyers expense. With all of this in mind we stress that you choose carefully but have no doubt your fur friend will fall in love at first sight.
If you want to return your product, you must do so within 14 days of your receipt and notify us first. Once 14 days lapse we will not be able to offer a refund.
Once we have received the item, and a team member has reviewed it, we will confirm or deny whether or not you are eligible for a refund. In the case of approval we will send you a notification via email and an automatic credit will be applied to your original payment method.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the costs involved in returning your item to our workshop for review. We strongly recommend you use tracking or insurance on your return shipping as we cannot take responsibility for its arrival to us.
We apologise for this as it must have slipped past our furry staff and their quality control. Please contact us and we'll have it sorted straight away!
As everything is lovingly made by us here at Once Over we pride ourselves on our high quality products. Our handcrafted dog beds are made from recycled timber and as such they possess slight imperfections. Rather than covering these up, we embrace them while constructing each bed to ensure every product is unique.
As long as you follow our 'product care' we believe there shouldn't be any troubles with your new purchase and your pup will be sleeping soundly on a solid piece of furniture. However, there may come a moment where something fails due to a manufacturer's defect and this can be covered for up to 12 months from your receipt date. Depending on the level of the defect we may be able to offer you a repair or a full replacement. If it falls outside of the 12 months you may be able to have your bed repaired and fixed for a cost.
