As all our items are made to order and are highly customised we cannot offer an exchange of items. Please ensure that you have read the product descriptions carefully and select the correct product and size for your dog prior to making a purchase. If you are ever unsure please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns are only available for items that are faulty. If you have found an issue with your order and would like to return it, you must do so within 14 days of your receipt and notify us first. Once 14 days lapse we will not be able to offer a refund.
Once we have received the item and a team member has reviewed it we will confirm or deny whether or not you are eligible for a refund. In the case of approval we will send you a notification via email and an automatic credit will be applied to your original payment method (unfortunately shipping costs will not be refunded).
All shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the costs involved in returning your item to our workshop for review. We strongly recommend you use a tracking for insurance on your return shipping as we cannot take responsibility for its arrival to us.
We cannot offer a return on items that have been used.
